CABP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CABP1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,264 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIOK3, PARP11, and SYF2. Each is linked with CABP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABP1-to-partner and partner-to-CABP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RIOK3 grouped by CABP1-low versus CABP1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CABP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CABP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
