CABLES2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CABLES2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,857 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABLES2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4287, MTCYBP2, and ARAFP3. Each is linked with CABLES2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABLES2-to-partner and partner-to-CABLES2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4287 grouped by CABLES2-low versus CABLES2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CABLES2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CABLES2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
