CABLES1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CABLES1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,262 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABLES1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGFBI, TMEM241, and KIF12. Each is linked with CABLES1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABLES1-to-partner and partner-to-CABLES1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CABLES1 versus TGFBI in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CABLES1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CABLES1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
