CABLES1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CABLES1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABLES1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4G. Each is linked with CABLES1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABLES1-to-partner and partner-to-CABLES1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by CABLES1-low versus CABLES1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CABLES1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CABLES1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
