CA6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,958 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of hydrolase activity, Regulation of MAP kinase activity, and Regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator. Each is linked with CA6 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA6-to-partner and partner-to-CA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of hydrolase activity grouped by CA6-low versus CA6-high in KICH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
