CA6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,243 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGLL4P, TEX43, and RNU1-17P. Each is linked with CA6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA6-to-partner and partner-to-CA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGLL4P grouped by CA6-low versus CA6-high in OV.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
