The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CA5BP1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CA5BP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where CA5BP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
