CA5B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA5B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,739 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIL2, SNRPD3, and ESS2. Each is linked with CA5B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA5B-to-partner and partner-to-CA5B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPIL2 grouped by CA5B-low versus CA5B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
