CA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 174 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-23P, MIR3684, and MIR4287. Each is linked with CA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA4-to-partner and partner-to-CA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-23P grouped by CA4-low versus CA4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
