Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA4 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Adipocytes, Skeletal muscle, and CD4+ T-cells. Each is linked with CA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA4-to-partner and partner-to-CA4 results are reported.
