Across TCGA cell cohorts, CA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC36A3, HBD, and OR5K1. Each is linked with CA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA4-to-partner and partner-to-CA4 results are reported.
