CA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, Ku80, and MEK1. Each is linked with CA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA3-to-partner and partner-to-CA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by CA3-low versus CA3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
