CA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNPY1, FEZF2, and MOS. Each is linked with CA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA3-to-partner and partner-to-CA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CNPY1 grouped by CA3-low versus CA3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
