CA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,148 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNK5, ELOVL7, and PRRG4. Each is linked with CA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA2-to-partner and partner-to-CA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CA2 versus KCNK5 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
