CA15P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA15P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,449 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA15P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFGAP2, PHF2, and CLEC16A. Each is linked with CA15P1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA15P1-to-partner and partner-to-CA15P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CA15P1 versus ARFGAP2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.23.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA15P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA15P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
