Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CA14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CA14 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher CA14 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CA14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, ESCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where CA14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
