Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,552 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CA14-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPTEP1, SGK2, and NDRG3. Each is linked with CA14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA14-to-partner and partner-to-CA14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CA14 versus TPTEP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA14→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
