The most reproducible CA14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of low-density lipoprotein particle receptor catabolic process, Positive regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of hemostasis. Each is linked with CA14 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA14-to-partner and partner-to-CA14 results are reported.
