Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CA14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CA14-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6orf118, BTBD16, and FERD3L. Each is linked with CA14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA14-to-partner and partner-to-CA14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C6orf118 grouped by CA14-low versus CA14-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA14→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
