CA13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,542 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA13-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNPDA1, PDCD2L, and NTMT1. Each is linked with CA13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA13-to-partner and partner-to-CA13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA13→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
