CA10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PEA-15, TIGAR, and ER-alpha_pS118. Each is linked with CA10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA10-to-partner and partner-to-CA10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PEA-15 grouped by CA10-low versus CA10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
