CA10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CA10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 196 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Plus-end-directed organelle transport along microtubule, Trophectodermal cell differentiation, and Pons development. Each is linked with CA10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA10-to-partner and partner-to-CA10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Plus-end-directed organelle transport along microtubule grouped by CA10-low versus CA10-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
