CA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,585 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR541, C19orf81, and ZC3H18. Each is linked with CA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA1-to-partner and partner-to-CA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR541 grouped by CA1-low versus CA1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
