CA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Smad4, FASN, and JNK2. Each is linked with CA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA1-to-partner and partner-to-CA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Smad4 grouped by CA1-low versus CA1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
