Across TCGA cell cohorts, CA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,262 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cholesterol import, Regulation of gene silencing by regulatory ncRNA, and Microtubule polymerization or depolymerization. Each is linked with CA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA1-to-partner and partner-to-CA1 results are reported.
