The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher C9orf85 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C9orf85 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP, COAD, and CHOL are the cancer types where C9orf85 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
