The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher C9orf152 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C9orf152 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, CHOL, and SKCM are the cancer types where C9orf152 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
