C8G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C8G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,153 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C8G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Methylglyoxal metabolic process, Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, and Positive regulation of sphingolipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with C8G in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C8G-to-partner and partner-to-C8G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Methylglyoxal metabolic process grouped by C8G-low versus C8G-high in HNSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C8G→partner) and Y-score (partner→C8G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
