C8G

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C8G protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,726 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C8G-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP19, CD93, and COL5A1. Each is linked with C8G in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C8G-to-partner and partner-to-C8G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C8G versus MMP19 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C8G→partner) and Y-score (partner→C8G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
