C8G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C8G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C8G-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-591P, RNU6-718P, and PABPC1P8. Each is linked with C8G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C8G-to-partner and partner-to-C8G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-591P grouped by C8G-low versus C8G-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C8G→partner) and Y-score (partner→C8G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
