Across TCGA patient cohorts, C8G mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C8G-associated genes across cancer lineages are Myosin-IIa_pS1943. Each is linked with C8G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C8G-to-partner and partner-to-C8G results are reported.
