Across TCGA cell cohorts, C8G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,117 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C8G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fatty acid catabolic process, Fatty acid beta-oxidation, and Intracellular sphingolipid homeostasis. Each is linked with C8G in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C8G-to-partner and partner-to-C8G results are reported.
