C7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,007 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C7-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6, P2RY1, and SAMD13. Each is linked with C7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C7-to-partner and partner-to-C7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C7 versus C6 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C7→partner) and Y-score (partner→C7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
