C7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C7 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,323 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SVEP1, CNTN4, and COL5A3. Each is linked with C7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C7-to-partner and partner-to-C7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SVEP1 grouped by C7-low versus C7-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C7→partner) and Y-score (partner→C7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
