Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C6orf47 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C6orf47 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher C6orf47 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C6orf47 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, UCEC, and CHOL are the cancer types where C6orf47 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
