Across TCGA cell cohorts, C5orf34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,073 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C5orf34-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, Negative regulation of chromosome separation, and Centrosome cycle. Each is linked with C5orf34 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C5orf34-to-partner and partner-to-C5orf34 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle grouped by C5orf34-low versus C5orf34-high in LIVER.
