Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, C5orf34 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 723 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C5orf34-associated genes across cancer lineages are NID1, NINL, and GPR149. Each is linked with C5orf34 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C5orf34-to-partner and partner-to-C5orf34 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NID1 grouped by C5orf34-low versus C5orf34-high in STOMACH.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C5orf34→partner) and Y-score (partner→C5orf34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
