Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C5orf22 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,009 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C5orf22-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASF1B, ELOF1, and SPC24. Each is linked with C5orf22 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C5orf22-to-partner and partner-to-C5orf22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C5orf22 versus ASF1B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C5orf22→partner) and Y-score (partner→C5orf22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
