Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, C5orf22 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,432 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C5orf22-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF433, ZC3H11A, and TET1. Each is linked with C5orf22 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C5orf22-to-partner and partner-to-C5orf22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF433 grouped by C5orf22-low versus C5orf22-high in OVARY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C5orf22→partner) and Y-score (partner→C5orf22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
