C5orf15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C5orf15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,333 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C5orf15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF14, OTUD4, and PPIF. Each is linked with C5orf15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C5orf15-to-partner and partner-to-C5orf15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C5orf15 versus RNF14 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C5orf15→partner) and Y-score (partner→C5orf15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
