Across TCGA cell cohorts, C5orf15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,291 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C5orf15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Positive regulation of translational initiation, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with C5orf15 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C5orf15-to-partner and partner-to-C5orf15 results are reported.
