C5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Bak, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with C5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C5-to-partner and partner-to-C5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by C5-low versus C5-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C5→partner) and Y-score (partner→C5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
