Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C4orf54 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C4orf54 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher C4orf54 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C4orf54 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and SARC are the cancer types where C4orf54 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
