C4orf48

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C4orf48 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,166 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C4orf48-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of translation in response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, Protein deubiquitination involved in ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Establishment of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with C4orf48 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C4orf48-to-partner and partner-to-C4orf48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of translation in response to endoplasmic reticulum stress grouped by C4orf48-low versus C4orf48-high in DLBC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C4orf48→partner) and Y-score (partner→C4orf48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
Each partner links to its Q-omics profile. Showing the 6 strongest of 7,166 associations by consensus.
