C4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 129 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAR1AP3, DNAJB8-AS1, and MBD3L1. Each is linked with C4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C4A-to-partner and partner-to-C4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAR1AP3 grouped by C4A-low versus C4A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→C4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
