C4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C4A mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are DC, pDC, and Th2 cells. Each is linked with C4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C4A-to-partner and partner-to-C4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DC grouped by C4A-low versus C4A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→C4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
