C4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRKACG, MPC1L, and LRRC74A. Each is linked with C4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C4A-to-partner and partner-to-C4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRKACG grouped by C4A-low versus C4A-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→C4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
