C3orf80

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C3orf80 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated C3orf80 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher C3orf80 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C3orf80 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as DLBC and SKCM show a favorable association.

KIRP, UVM, and DLBC are the cancer types where C3orf80 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
