C3orf38

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C3orf38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,389 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C3orf38-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CGGBP1, ZNF654, and CHMP2B. Each is linked with C3orf38 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C3orf38-to-partner and partner-to-C3orf38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C3orf38 versus CGGBP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C3orf38→partner) and Y-score (partner→C3orf38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
