Across TCGA cell cohorts, C3orf38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,287 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C3orf38-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II, Negative regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition, and Regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal. Each is linked with C3orf38 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C3orf38-to-partner and partner-to-C3orf38 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II grouped by C3orf38-low versus C3orf38-high in OVARY.
